Beware of the fake positive reviews. If you've already been scamed, there's not much you can do about it other than maybe resolve it with paypal, and protect other customers. If you have already purchased a subscription, make sure to unsubscribe NOW - not later, otherwise at some point you will be charged and they wont return your money. Dont procrastinate, do it now. You have to do it on their site, via google store or apple play is not enough. I cant believe that in 2020 such scam artists get away with it. Other than that, the actual app is a joke. There's no coach, just an algorithm that wont adjust to your personal needs more than a youtube video will. The nutrition side app is even worse, repetitive, disgusting and time consuming recipes with hard to find ingredients.
They will make unauthorized charges on your account. They refuse to return the money. Do not use this product under any circumstances!!!

Awesome experience with workout and app both. The best part is your entire week workouts are lined up in advance.
All the workouts are challenging but you feel proud after completing them.
My wife has also started accompanying me for past few week’s.
Looking forward to completing 12 weeks with it and share the results.
Thank you Freeletics
I have been using freeletics for 3 months now, before that I would say I had relatively good sports background, with more than one discipline. I think freeletics is a good app, the design of the app is smooth and efficient, It motivates you to work more and progress. I would also say it’s good for beginners but probably more friendly to intermediate athletes, since most of the exercises do require some guidance in terms of correct form.
App is very well researched, simple to use. It adapts to the users limits. Proper warmup and cool downs. Many different exercises. They also ask for feedback a lot.
Very sneaky about renewal cancellation. I purchased via app store and cancel via the App Store (I canceled 5 days before renewal) but I was then charged directly from them 6 days after my supposed renewal date! And now they won’t refund me! I am disputing the charge with my credit card company, but not sure how this will go...
The exercises are quite helpful. Some exercises are quite tough for my level of fitness but still the training guidelines are very smooth and easy to grasp.
I love it. Gives me a great direction in exercising. I am following the hybrid running (having paid for a coach) and it's exactly what I had in mind.
In my opinion it very well organised and offers an all-around support.
But please add to the nutrition app an option to exclude some fruits and vegetables, apart from type of diet which I was amazed by.
Also the guided meditation would be good on days off than it could be even half hour or hour
Also for the weight you should add a decimal
Really brilliant! I'm a primary school teacher who struggles to find the time to workout or the motivation, but freeletics has been incredible. You get to customise and tailor your programmes, you can choose from training journeys and even individual and running based workouts for if youre feeling like switching it up. Theres video and written instructions for every excercise and you can let the coach know if you are still struggling with technique. It really is as close to having a personal trainer as it gets! And you can always either amp up or lighten your workouts whenever you want. Absolutely fabulous. Have only been on freeletics for a month but it's pretty much a habit now. Love it!
So this an overall amazing ai based guided program for freestyle training at home, it gets customised on spot and has got an amazing set of workout regimen , loved it
Fantastic App. It changed my lifestyle and keeps me motivated to workout.
